Downloading
I can’t seem to figure out how to download videos. I still have the old video saver app whenever I long press a video the only options are favorites,cast, and play how do I download videos ?dampy dan
Phenomenal, but could use a few extra features.
You can download high quality videos, the highest in fact (if they’re available), but they have a small problem of not always downloading properly. I’ve had to restart several of them from scratch. I’ve resorted to doing one at a time, otherwise they fail.
Still, they work reliably when done one at a time. Totally worth it. I had the original app then had to reset my phone, losing it. Got the new one the moment I got the email. Didn’t have to pay for it, since I bought the old one.
The added features would be a dark mode and the ability to rename files before they download. Also, the ability to set a default folder for downloaded files. These were in the original, but are no longer present.TOkun92

The original is better, and I still have the original, I only got this because I assumed that they were going to transfer the videos to this one and get rid of old one. Now I’m worried that, since they can’t transfer over, and because they took the old one from the App Store, I won’t have the videos anymore!!! Please fix this!ARMPHANTOM

Avoid this app!!!
This app is useless without download option. Do not upgrade to this crappy money grabbing app. Stay with the app you have and avoid this MESS BAD DESIGN & HARD TO USE/WORK APP. If I can give NEGATIVE ZERO STARS to this app, I would!!!R2D2_faensa

Had the original one they released. gotta say though I really like the new features this one has… the media library has improved, and the added incognito mode is super helpful! Ran into some issues with getting my old subscription activated… but they sorted it out after I emailed them, 10/10 app and customer service :)Maxamilliano Alejandro
