I might be in a learning curve but this is not helpful. It prints well but set up is a chore. As I go on its not getting any better, does not cover different sizes of envelopes. Not very happy with is app.

I am sorry but I buy software per version not subscription model. Therefore, I will not be purchasing. I do commend your application for a very good UI the 1 star rating is strictly based on subscription model.

It's a free service till you click on it and they reveil the charges. Not cool!
I purchased the pro version of this. I've used it three or four times and it's been completely fine. But today, as soon as i try to print an envelope, it always changes the delivery name and address to Alex Jordan, 1523 Maple Avenue, Springfield, IL 62704. This is the sample delivery address that comes with the software. Ive been trying for 30 minutes to change it to a different address. Every time i do, as soon as it gets to the print screen, it's changed back to the Alex Jordan address. I loved this simple to use app, until now its not working.
I ship small things that are in envelopes. With the amount of orders coming in, this app has made it so much easier than just writing the address. It also looks so much more professional.
