You should definitely turn off the notifications right away, which kind of stinks because it would be good to have notifications when someone likes your workout accomplishment, etc. Unfortunately the push notifications don’t work that way. I get 5-6 notifications a day and when you click the notification there isn’t a way to know why you were alerted. Would also be cool if they incorporated more functionality that aligned with the workout, eg an EMOM timer if that’s the workout, or a %of your 1 rep max if that’s the workout, etc.
Currently it’s really just a way to reserve your workout time and to see what the workout will be. The rest of the functionality doesn’t seem useful at this time. I’ll update if it changes.
