The best sleep ever!!
I have been using a wake-up clock for years so using a sleeping mask was always a no go.
I love waking up naturally with no loud alarms. Summer sunrises are very early so my sleep pattern would be destroyed. I would be yawning and tired because my clock was set to 6:30 but the sun had its own plan.
Then I discovered Lumos. I could block out the light and still get a sunrise waking.
I am a heavy sleeper, so when I started using Lumos, and was surprised when I got even better sleep!!
This product has many features, like shifting your body to the time zone you are traveling too.
I recommend this product even if you think you sleep well. You might be surprised like I was.

A lifesaver for circadian alignment
This product is a game changer for my jet lag. The science behind it is super interesting, and I love that they are making a device based on circadian rhythm alignment. There’s also a number of new features that I’m excited to try—like the sunrise alarm. The app is actually fairly intuitive for how high tech this product is. Great customer service
Other than I never have jet lag when I use the sleep mask, I submitted a feature request to use the mask on the airplane. Not only did they respond promptly, they added the feature. Wow, wish more companies were like Lumos!T1Derer
No jet lag!!
A friend of mine told be about Lumos so I decided to give a try. I borrowed their mask for a recent trip to Rome and was amazed...no jet lag!! Slept through the night when I arrive and when I returned. I order a mask of my own. Simply amazing.ba-ba-blacksheep
I don’t travel without it. Absolutely life changing!
I have been a user of the mask since very early on. The app was a bit buggy and unintuitive back in the days, but once I got a hang of it, it became very easy. This is their new app and they added so many different functions now.
I mostly use the mask for travel, domestic or international, as long as it’s more than two time zone differences, I don’t travel without it. I always make sure to use the mask before the trip following what the app tells me. It’s been years and I don’t remember what it feels like to have jet lag. Non-existent customer support
The app works in conjunction with a $300 dollar mask. I have sent requests to customer support multiple times to get answers on how the programs in the app should be configured for my upcoming travel. They do not respond.EricS2024
