It worked until I paid for it

It was fine and then they made me pay for it. And now I can’t download videos like I was able to — the dramatic shift was instant. The minute they had my money it stopped working. It’s a scam.

There must be some other issue. Purchasing the one-time premium just removes the ads from the app. It has nothing to do with how videos are downloaded inside the app. You could've reached out to us on support@aculix.com instead of jumping to the scam conclusion and we would've helped you out. How is it even a scam if the app was working for you perfecly without even paying a penny? It's not like we mandate a purchase to make the app work. Please stop calling everything a "Scam" just because there might be a bug with the app on your end. Scam is not a word we take lightly. If you're still facing issues, we'd be happy to issue you a refund for your purchase. Please reach out to us on support@aculix.com. Thanks.
