Annoying customer service
I placed instant delivery order by 11am for hours I didn’t get a call from any rider until the customer service called that there was no driver at the moment okay after all the time wasted they called and I was speaking to a person to be the rider where he assured me my package will be picked up and will be sent to my location the next day instead I accepted to pay any extra charge at my location but I won’t be paying the initial amount as instant delivery I had to cancel and re order again just now the customer service called and lied that the driver went there and saw that my package was way bigger than what I described i had to confirm from the shipping company that it’s just 3pieces sample rubber. I called the customer service again and I was told a whole different thing that they can’t pick up my package and they can’t deliver my package the next day that they have difficulties with the location…. Why should the company include an instant delivery when they don’t have standby riders?. Why should the customer service lie to me and also waste my time? This is not the first time and I won’t deal with this company anymore I am deleting their app right away
