I tried and a black box still displays. This is not working and I am so disappointed with this service and itโs a scam

Hi I'm rather disappointed, I wanted to spell check a book I have written, but it keeps showing a little box display. Saying to come back in a few minutes. I have tried over and over,but still not working

THis app is terrible it doesn't work. It just has the loading sing and thats it. No feedback. Dont waste yur time with this app.

I used this tool for 4 assignments.
It gave me 100% unique no plagarism.
However, Turnitin by my instructor showed 19% on a 4th week paper.
