No customer support
Drivers prioritize other customers from other apps always and drive away. When cancelling, the customer is the one who will be charged even though the driver never got closer to the pick up location and kept driving away. Contacting customer support is useless through app or website as it is non existent.

bad service, good prices but why are they in decimals
you have to wait for them to accept then a lot of the drivers decline.

Much cheaper than UBER
I agree with the review regarding paying upfront if you want to use your cards.
The drivers sometimes delay compared to the UBER but not for a long time. This app provides a 30% cheaper compared to UBER for the same trip and the same quality.
Most of the drivers have UBER, badrgo and Karwa and of course, they prefer UBER because it is unjustifiably expensive. In a single year, the UBER app increased the cost of the same trip by around 35% even at off-peak times.

Donโt waste your time
Drivers keep accepting your rides, but they never comes, they keep you waiting then they cancel your order and wasting your time

I never write reviews but I had to this time- really unhappy with this app.
Firstly, you have to pay to load money onto the app and pay with wallet unless you want to use cash. There is a fee for topping up your wallet.
Next, the drivers are always so far away, and the wait time is really long compared to other apps.
The drivers are all really kind but this does not make up for the app not working properly. There have been times where Iโve loaded up my wallet and the funds didnโt show up for a couple of days and also times where the driver cancelled my ride without asking and without which made me late. Another time I cancelled the ride on my end but it didnโt inform the driver!

Memorable trip
Love badrgo it is so easy and taxis are always available quickly and are cheap
Affordable prices and good services
The rates are reasonable and way better than uber so far. The only issue i found so far is with pick up the location, sometimes itโs not accurate.
