Annoying long onboarding

Poorly executed - needs work

Response from developer

Hi YogaNidra, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you found the onboarding process annoying and that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our onboarding process is designed to gather the necessary information to create highly personalized plans tailored to individual needs. We understand it might feel long, but it helps us avoid offering generic or low-quality plans that may not suit your goals and would make you even more upset at the end. That said, we truly value your input and would love to hear your suggestions on how we could make the process smoother and more enjoyable. Your insights are invaluable as we work to improve. Please feel free to contact us at **info@triq.ai** OR use the feedback option in the app's settings. We’re committed to learning from your experience and making TRIQ better for everyone. Thank you for helping us getting better Best regards, The TRIQ Product Team

Great start to an app but does have glitches

I love the framework of the app and what it provides. It is like having a coach without breaking the bank. The app does freeze sometimes when going between sections. For example, I went to update my goal race and could not move on without restarting the app. It would be nice to be able to enter multiple races as the training goes on. I use shorter races to gauge my progress so it would be nice to be able to enter them.

Thank you for your positive feedback and insights on the app! We’re thrilled to hear that the app framework and features are helping you reach your goals effectively, and that it feels like having a coach by your side without the high cost. 🎉 We’re sorry for any interruptions you’ve experienced while navigating between sections, like when updating your goal race. As a web-based app, TRIQ relies on a stable internet connection for seamless transitions between sections. Please trust us that we’re actively monitoring these crashes and are working on improvements to enhance stability before we go commercial in few weeks. Your suggestion to add multiple race planning is fantastic and aligns with our plans. Please see our production roadmap which I mention below as well. We’re currently developing this feature and aim to release it in version 1.7.0, expected at the end of the year. We understand how valuable it is to track progress through shorter races, so we’re excited to bring this functionality to you soon. Hopefully, once released we even earn more stars from you 🥰. To stay updated and even contribute to future feature ideas, we invite you to check out our Production Roadmap at www.triq.ai/roadmap-hub. There, you can see our plans, vote on existing ideas, and even submit new ones to help shape TRIQ based on what matters most to you and our community. 🚀 🕵🏼‍♂️ Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us build an app that truly meets the needs of its users!

Intelligent Tri training

Having just completed my first sprint triathlon, I’m trying for an Olympic next. This app has laid out all necessary training right until my event.

I love the UI design, the descriptions of the training segments and that it’s a moveable feast. The program can be recalculated if you miss a day.

Syncs seamlessly with Garmin and also logs any additional unplanned workouts completed. Looking forward to seeing how the app develops!

Tri Q

Love it ! I just wish there was the option to add in weight training goals/availability

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for your positiv rating. Unfortunately we are focusing on race goals and not fitness goals. We developed an algorithm that models a typical triathlon coaching philosophy. Someone could say, if you follow our plan you will get fitter and burn fat for free but our algorithm is not specifically design for losing weight. The training availability can be specified and is one of our cornerstone features. Please contact us under info@triq.ai if you have further questions or send a support ticket via the settings in the app. We are happy to help if the this is not super clear. Your TRIQ product team.

Love it

Been looking for a good training app for a long time. TriQ is the best one out there so far. Please keep free for as long as you can 😂😂

Response from developer

Hi Ray, thank you for your statement. This motivates us to keep on pushing. Any further feedback or insights about, how you experience the app or what should be improved can be done via our feedback function directly in the APP in the settings or on your website under the section "Roadmap". Happy training. Your TRIQ Team

Good so far.

As the second reviewer of this app is like to be more positive.
It seems like the first reviewer had some technical issues. I got through without trouble and this is the only app I’ve found focused on triathlons that lets me customize what days I can do swims. This is brilliant because so many like me MUST have limited access to a pool. But other plans make you go in and fiddle around.

I don’t like that I can’t read the daily workout details in my garmin connect app. Makes me leave Garmin and go back to TRIQ. Please add workout details to Garmin.

If you’re a Garmin user this app seems very promising, though still untested.

Waste

It’s horrible of of the gate. Just getting information entered is a hassle. Entered the Race I wanted to plan for. Locks up after I click confirm, forced me to selected “just finish” as opposed to a time. Can’t get past that screen. Worst AI plan so far. And worst app interaction I’ve run across in forever. Luckily it was free so far. Move on, please move onto something else

Dear REL12345678, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve encountered with the app. We didn’t experience these specific issues during testing, as the other user "YES459870" mentioned. However your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us identify and address any problems. Although my answer to your feedback took unreasonable long, I want to take the chance to let you know that we’ve already released version 1.3.0, and version 1.4.0 will be available in just a few days and version 1.5.0 is already in the pipeline. This upcoming update will include the ability to move workouts and a new feature that offers a roadmap to your race, giving you a longer outlook on your training plan. We hope you’ll give the updated versions a try, and we’re here to assist with any issues you might encounter along the way. Thank you again for your feedback and your patience. You can also have a look at our product roadmap to see an what we are working. It is reachable on our website (https://www.triq.ai/roadmap-hub) Best regards, Your TRIQ Team
