Breaks NMEA 2000

The regulator is great, the configuration is super easy, the NMEA 2000 implementation breaks the NMEA 2000 bus to the point that I disconnect the regulator from the bus.

I contributed to the NMEA 0183 and 2000 specifications, so I know NMEA.
