App is difficult to use and confusing
I have no idea how I am getting logged into the app. It’s some random combo of the Shop App and the Saalt app. I just made a purchase and it’s unclear if I will get the reward points as I can’t tell if I am logged in. Also redeeming points is not intuitive and now I think I wasted a redemption. It needs to be clear that you can’t combine points and regular promo codes. It just took me 30 minutes to order soap. I love Saalt and I love shopping online but sometimes websites just load so funky on my phone. I always like when a company offers an app because most of the time it makes the shopping experience easier. I don’t run into weird things where I’m not sure if my order actually went through or not.
