  • You made it!

    Works perfectly.
  • 𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙇𝙇 𝘿𝙊𝙀𝙎𝙉'𝙏 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙆!

I’ve got everything correct with the settings, but it’s never worked! I’m getting cookie banners and all sorts of nuisance pop ups- so many of these apps for Safari rarely do what they claim they’re supposed to do. Disappointed, 𝘼 𝙒𝘼𝙎𝙏𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙀, and uninstalling 𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍!

Hello R Josef E Stuibhart, I am sorry to hear that Crumblr doesn't seem to be working on your device. There is no reason it shouldn't work. However, just in case, I have manually published an update to the filters. Could you please try the following: 1. Update the filters from the application 2. Ensure that it is activated in the Settings application and not just in Safari Once activated, the filters may take a couple minutes to become operational on older devices but they should work correctly afterward. If the issue is resolved, please feel free to update your rating. Otherwise, don't hesitate to contact me at crumblr@c9n.fr so I can assist you further! Regards PS. If you're looking to block ads you might want to look at my other app: AdBlock Bolt
  • Not bad, needs improvement

It works against the disturbing cookie nag consent on most sites yet it renders some useless as to their search fields are disabled. Nonetheless it looks promising and the more sites cookie nag it blocks, the more I'll use it.
  • Not working on iOS 17 iPad

This does not work, first site I opened had cookie pop up request.
but it’s not alone most of them do not work

Hello Vivian, Thanks for reaching out! Please note that Crumblr is an addition to my other app Bolt. The first focuses on annoyances such as cookie popup while the later focuses on ads/trackers. While we can block/hide most ads on websites some of them prevents to use anti-adblock and then the filters try to block those anti-adblock. It's a bit of a cat-and-mouse game here. However for cookies it's a bit different... that's why I decided to separate Crumblr from Bolt. Here a the things that might have happened after your installation: 1) Filters need to be activated either from the Settings app or from the Safari app directly (as described in the Crumblr application). If you did so: activating several filters rules at the same time is usually instantaneous, but it may require a couple of minutes for them to be fully loaded depending on the device you're using ("older" devices require more time then "new" devices) ; 2) The website is unknown to any list/filter. If it is not indiscreet, you can send me the website url so that I can take a look. 3) The website is one which cannot work without any cookies, or at least without some of them, depending on how it was designed/build. Thus on some website filters might block only part of it or, sadly, none in some case. If it happens you'll be facing the popup and need to manually interact with it to accept the minimum required. Since I'm not sure which case you're facing, I've anticipated the next lists/filters update on my side. You can try to launch Crumblr again and get the update in the app directly, it will set the list again. Then you can try again and let me know if needed. Thanks again for reaching out, have a nice day!

  • Excellent App

Only App ( of many, of its type ), to remove
    "cookie" consent-dialogues off recalcitrant
web-sites, which many similar Apps, fail to,
even after ( other ) Apps notified – via their
    web-facility link in ( other ) App e.g. "Hush"

Hush App very effective except recalcitrant
web-sites – where Crumblr App, succeeds.

Feedback link, in both Crumblr + Bolt Apps,
( from same developer ) would be welcome,
to avoid bug-reports via App Review vector.
