Bad support
When it works it’s fine but the washers are out of order 50% of the time , I recently put private plates on and the app won’t allow me to update the car or even delete existing car to add new car , I emailed support a couple of time and zero reply so for the second time I’m cancelling this account probably for good till is time , I give 2 star because that’s the amount of washes I got from a months subscription

Can’t get past the first screen as it won’t let me scroll to the buttons
Worst app ever
App wants too many details just to wash my car. Wash not worth a tenner and the app pushes the subscription too much. Makes the app difficult to sign up with

I used this for the first time and to be honest for £10 it’s overpriced my car wasn’t totally clean and it certainly wasn’t dry when finished , for £7 I could have had a full hand wash done less than 500 mtr away so , sorry won’t be using this again

How much data do you want from me? You are my registration my name, my email my phone my address and my bank details just to wash your car no thank you
