Insanely Great Potential, Well Made, but has some issues
This is a well made game with good graphics, smooth animations, and more.
Though I still kinda prefer the first TDS, this is still great. I know this a continuation of the first TDS after the fox from the first one defeated Lich King.
But I have a few issues with the game and I'm gonna compare both of them.
First of all, the fairies aren't that helpful than the old one. Although this version gives a huge increase of power, it doesn't really give use besides the huge increase. The first TDS fairies actually give a big role while fighting the mobs, For example Olla in the first one splashes a poison floor on the ground, dealing damage overtime from the mobs on it. You can get different rarity of the fairies to make the abilities they use even better. The designs are low-key better too. The new one doesn't give a lot of details in my opinion and the abilities barely do
Moving on to dungeons.
The first TDS gives barely any material or gold or other stuff. Also the fact that the second your finished with that dungeon, it just doubles your current power in order to well defeat it. This version actually gives lots of coins, gems, equipment scrolls, and more. It gets a little harder every dungeon which is perfect.
Heading on to gems, I gotta say this version gives a little too much gems. I mean with Domanis gem cart dungeon, you get 1000 every time and it increases by 50 once you cleared that dungeon. The max is 5.95k and you can repeat it. Also there are many other ways such as daily quest, daily rewards, battle passes, and more. The first version getting gems is almost impossible. You be lucky enough to get 200 gems in the old version.
Details and Weapons. This versions weapons come in more variety then the previous. Although some of the old TDS weapons like the staff is better then some others, most all still great. This TDS has great detail, not as great as the classic TDS. The old one gives more of a nice, old vibe. I know that this one is like more into the future, but I prefer the old ones details any day.
Alright I'll stop comparing now and move on too some real complaints. Why do you have to click on each single claim button on the repeat rewards section. It is actually so frustrating to claim all off it, especially when you have all of them ready. Why not add a claim all button like the daily quests?
Also why do I never get my A1 crossbow. Ive spent a little over 20k+ gems on trying to get it, nope I never get it. Instead I get a A1 Hand-fan which I don't even like.
Also isn't the costume summon tickets a bit too little to get? Can't you make it so you can spend 50k gems for a ticket? It will be easier for players that hate waiting, or poor players that can't buy any. Also you practically are trying to get us to spend money because whenever I head to the shop, I see this, " First purchase you will get 10k gems and costume summon ticket! " Besides the premium battle pass is like 20 bucks but like shows 12k gems or 8k. Your making it tempting so people could buy it? Crazy.. Although you can easily ignore it.
Besides the issues with the game, its still overall a great game with great visual, perfect graphics, good animations, and has optional ads. Downside is that its online, not a offline game. Which you would look all of the idle games thinking they all require no wifi, is not true, including this one.
