  • Great App

I have been using the app for over a year now and it’s so user friendly. I always use the app as part of my weekly workout and love that I can customise it if I wish.
Only thing to mention is in the last month the preview thumbnails are no long showing which is frustrating. I have reported it so just waiting for an update on the app which I’m hoping will address the issue.

  • Not Working

I am having issues logging in or doing anything with this app to include password resets and even creating a new account with a different email.

Login and forgot password is not working
  • Needs improvement

Like the other reviews, this app has glitches. It crashes and restarts a lot. Also it would be more helpful and useful to have video workouts. I don’t know about you guys, but I like to listen to music while I workout and I can’t do both when using the app. I usually just open the app and while the timer is going I just use my fitness+ app and follow their workouts, which is nice because not only do they have the music which makes it more enjoyable, they also have more of a beginner friendly workout routine that I can handle until I get stronger.

  • Too many glitches

I keep having issues with messaging my coach. When I send a message, it’s not letting see that or anything after, it just shows my older message that I received from them. It’s like it’s not keeping up with the communication back and forth. I also wish they could allow for me to stream the workouts on my tv because watching it on my phone is not appealing. We should also be able to save resources, it says “print for future use” on the guides but then there’s no way to be able to save/print.

  • Needs work…

I am new to this app. But I find it extremely unintuitive. The resource page crashes, once you open a resource you can’t go back to the resource page without rebooting the app. I can’t seem to find the numbers for the food that I’m logging. I have to search for it. compared to other apps that I’ve used this one is not very user-friendly. It needs some work. Especially the resource page you need a button to close the resources. Maybe then the page wouldn’t crash.

  • Login Difficult

Love the idea with the use of the app but cannot get logged on. When I try to change password, pop up window says error change password. So I do that and continue getting same message. I would really like to use the app since this is my first day. Disappointed. Hopefully, I can find someone to help me with this?

  • VIP App needs a lot of work

I’m in the VIP program currently and it’s going well. Can’t complain too much, but the app needs some serious work. The integrations are broken, the graphs and stats are basically unusable and the UI is mediocre at best. I reported the broken integrations to VShred a few times over the past month and haven’t seen any updates, improvements, etc. Let’s not forget this is the VIP app, which is the most expensive program they offer, yet their focus seems to be on their regular app, sales and marketing. A bit frustrating after shelling out thousands of dollars for VIP.

  • Honest review

I tried this program and it was very helpful due to health reasons it wasn’t for me. The people are very helpful and the people are nice. It just wasn’t for me. I can say that if you are consistent as they say at least 80 percent you will see results. I was on it for about 2 weeks solid but it was a lot for my body to handle all at one time as I do have seizures with the change in metabolism caused my body to be really tired lack of sleeping because I have 3 kids and no extra time to sleep when it’s needed caused me to have seizures. The diet didn’t cause it. But the fatigue from the diet did. If you can push though it for your body to acclimate I 100 percent recommend this diet. The diet itself is 2-3 months depending on the self dedication the money would be worth it. IT IS EXPENSIVE. They are knowledgeable and they do do payment plans. But no diet is cheap. And if you want results they do have science on their side. I also wish it was more interaction with the personal trainer because I could have expressed more if I felt more comfortable. yes it is an actual person yes communication is available but when doing the diet check ins and not mass check ins would have been easier to keep up and reminders. A little dedication and money will get you results. It just wasn’t for me because of my own medical issues. But I will say it is worth it if you are able to push through the changes from the diet like being fatigue im sure it does eventually go away when acclimated to the diet but personally my body couldn’t keep up with it.

  • Poor app User experience

Doesn’t retain previous weights on workouts, doesn’t allow file attachments from iOS app. Slow. Doesn’t allow to pause a workout and jump to another one. Overall needs a UI overhaul and a proper UIUX engineer to fix the experience.
