About the Taximate Drivers App: This is the companies driver app and will be linked to the drivers operator or operating company. Drivers can download the app and SIGN IN only after their credentials have been added by their operator. **PLEASE ASK YOUR OPERATOR TO REGISTER AND ADD YOU TO THE SYSTEM. DRIVERS CANNOT REGISTER THEMSELVES AND MUST BE ADDED BY THEIR CURRENT OPERATOR. WE ONLY USE LOCAL COMPANIES AND THEIR OWN TRUSTED DRIVERS** Going online Taxi Mate is always available. So whenever you’re ready to drive, open the app and tap Go Online. Accepting trip requests Once online, you’ll automatically begin to receive trip requests in your area. Your phone will beep and the screen will flash—tap to accept. Track your earnings After every trip, you’ll see exactly how much you earned and comprehensive summaries of your day’s total. Earnings automatically transfer to your bank account every week, or you can cash out instantly up to 5 times a day. Turn-by-turn directions The app provides navigation to your rider’s pickup location, and we’ll let them know when you’re almost there. Once the trip has begun, you’ll get directions to their destination. Ratings system Ratings are a two-way street. Riders and drivers rate each other after every trip to ensure that only respectful, courteous people are allowed on the Taxi Mate messages. There's much much more to see and many more functions.
