The Laundry Company is a concierge laundry service for IU students and residents of Bloomington, IN. Our on demand laundry and dry cleaning app delivers clean clothes at the tap of a button - so you can get back to your busy life. How The Laundry Company (TLC) Works: Step 1: Download the app and create an account. Step 2: If your building has a set of our lockers simply lock your bag in an open locker bay. If you don't have access to our lockers yet (we are adding more all the time), simply contact us via the app and we will coordinate a pick-up. Step 3: In almost every case your laundry will be returned in one business day. Occasionally we need a couple of days, but we will give you a heads up if that is the case. FAQS HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT? When you create your account your payment details are stored securely a system called NAB transact, I DON'T HAVE LOCKERS AT MY LOCATION. CAN I STILL USE YOUR SERVICE? In most cases yes! Contact us and we will figure it out together. You can also let your dorm, house, or apartment manager know that you would love to have our lockers in your building, It's free for them and will make using our service even easier. We might also throw in a special treat for you ;) HOW DO I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS? Please include details and special requests in the ordering section of the app. ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW? We are so glad you asked! We are a woman-owned and IU alumni-owned business. Also, we donate 1% of our profits directly back to IU in the form of student scholarship programs.
