Never works right
4 times now I try to get into the gym and the app doesn’t work. And then no one is working at the gym and they don’t answer the phone. And I have to wait until some other customer comes in so I can go in. Fix it!!Brannykinsfromsl

Trying to link my account in the app via email, sends me the link, link opens the app and ask for the email again. A never ending cycle.Nunyabihznes
No Dark Mode
I downloaded this app because I kept getting met with it from my gym membership website, but I immediately deleted it because there was no option for dark mode.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE: my phone is always set on dark mode and the app does NOT support dark mode. I’ve downloaded the app again and it’s still a bright, all white background which is terrible for the eyes. Please advise where to send the screenshots to.Show lessMD123400
