I love this game but I agree with the overcrowding of the board sometimes you can’t see how many minutes it’s all it’s going to take and sometimes I think the length of time that it takes to smash through a rock is way over the top and I’ve been able to find no instructions anywhere on how to play it properly think it would be really useful for new players. I’ve been playing it for a long time on my phone and now on my iPad and I’m not sure I’m still doing it right
PS I love love love the competitions extra events they’re amazing. I just wish we could restart another one when the other ones finished
Overall though addictive game just needs to awaken and yes, ads freezing It’s frustrating.Show lessUkrainejacq

I like the game, but it takes so long to upgrade goblins or the cards that upgrade workshops. All my workshops aren’t automated because I’d have to pay for the dust to upgrade the cards. I forget to even come back and check my the game because it takes so long. It needs some balancing in the grinding sense. Lime the idea & concept though!Show lessJust AA Random Personn

There are SO many ads, and offers of ads! I get it that with a free-to-play game, you have suffer the ads. And I’m highly averse to paying to skip the ads. But SO many!?! I’ve given up; it’s just far too many for me. :(DCee34

Hello. There are no required ads in our game. The player himself decides to watch it or not. We do not have advertising at the end or beginning of a level; you do not need to watch advertising to gain access to new levels. This is purely an additional means of obtaining resources. If you don't want to watch ads, just play for fun!Decent
All in all it’s fun. I know the basics of it. I personally don’t use lower levels to unlock things. I also do know when things needs to be upgraded…. What I’m getting at is, the hand that pops up if ONE goblin isn’t working or if SOMETHING needs just ONE update. ( I update by 5s or 10s). My point is, quit with the annoying hand telling me how to play a game that’s only different because it’s goblins.Show lessNameless013116

It’s been 4 days and the ads are still black. You have to get out of the game and restart. If ya aren’t going to fix it what’s the point of playing? Is no one in charge of issues for this game?JustReneeG

A common problem today with apps, developers want the ads but they don’t check they work, so sick of ads that freeze when the “x reward granted” arrives at the end of an ad and nothing happens when you press the “x”. You have to reboot, lose the reward and the developer gets the click. Rather one sided.
Poor graphics, as some have said, far too crowded.

Hello. We, like any other mobile game, only provide space for advertising. All advertising is checked by the advertising networks themselves. If an advertisement does not work, it will not pass moderation by the advertising platform. This is now day 6 without being able to play the game, it will go to the loading screen, load all the way up to 100%, then just sits there at 100% and doesn’t load the rest of the game up. I’ve put a lot of time and money into this game and I’m very disappointed I can’t continue to play it.Samalla43

The game is a fun way to pass time but it would be nice if the time skips I buy to be permanent and not disappear after each event. You offer them in most purchases, so they stack up. Then, poof. I paid for them, I should be able to keep them.Vanessajcarnegie
