1)Not very touch receptive, I have to hit my screen over and over to click the boxes in the survey or will not respond at all and I have to exit the app
2)The camera will make the sound like it took a picture, but it did not

Runs battery on phone very quickly
I will start with the ONE good thing about the new app and that is the camera. Zooming is more efficient and clear, labeling has gotten a lot better.
Now the list of things wrong is very long and ever changing. I have noticed that when the update and fix some bugs other features that already worked great are now wrong or glitching.
There are incorrect scripts for certain companies which forces me to upload from my computer so I can get the correct questions, this never happened with the old app.
Recently, I have noticed many orders that do not send and give an error of “failed to upload results” while at the same time showing that all photos have uploaded and been verified. When this happens I am then forced to search my download history on my phone, screenshot the pictures from the order and upload at home on my computer. This app has turned a nice, manageable job into longer hours at home on the computer making the small amount you get for each order not worth it.
I really hope they get it figured out because I know I cannot be the only one struggling with this and the longer we wait it out for it to work better the more frustration builds.Show lessAdebates85

What a joke
As mentioned by other users this app is extremely laggy which is causing double the amount of time in the field just to take a picture.
The only upgrade from previous app is a smoother survey.
Transmission time takes ten times longer than old.
Also you can even read comments as you type them?

Not an Upgrade from SafeView app
This app is glitchy and slow compared to the old SafeView app. The camera function is slow and photos get lost and not saved if you take them before you start the order, for example, a street sign photo will be lost if you take it before you are close enough to the property to start the order. This app is just not as user friendly compared to the SafeView app and makes working orders slower and more inefficient.Show lessJtx011

The app crashed ten times in about 2 hours and the transmitting took 3 times as long as the old app.jgb cghn
