Unable to ingate app malfunction
I am unable to ingate because app won’t let me select my scat code it’s staying blank no selection to input or select codecliff215

When I’m showing that I’ve drop my trailer and it gets to the point where is asking me where I dropped it nothing shows up and I cannot move forward so when I need to pick up another trailer that same day I can’t do that. This app is trash.Electron00
drop off location list is blank
The drop down list for chassis drop off locations is blank. I keep having to select “I am in lot” to proceed with mission. The chassis I drop are incorrectly put into the system because of it. Containers are left on the floor even though there are several chassis on the lot, all because I cannot put in the exact location of the chassis I am dropping.Show lesspmpkndrvr
Input box broken
The input box won’t calculate zero. In other words if your box number start with zero the input box won’t see it as a number I f you type one after the zero it will replace the zero. Tell the backend team to give zero a value as well, at the moment it null.concern resident

Right off the bat, if I click on “Remember Me” during log in, my DL number stays populated. I train drivers. They use my tablet to train. I don’t want my information out there. I still use my alpha numeric ID anyways. At the only rail I use there is no kiosk to scan the QR code. Any way to make it possible to check in through the phone? Not always possible to scan at the gate.Show lessThorsgal
