Has anyone else noticed that the app forces you to tip atleast a dollar? I shouldn’t have to tip when they get an hourly wage already cause sometimes they make my food poorly on top of that. The 10$ Tuesday special just becomes the original price after tax and the forced tip.Food reviewee
Great Food Terrible App
If there is a problem with your delivery order, which there OFTEN is. You have no way to update a tip, cancel the order, not even contact the store you ordered from. The email received when you place the order gives a phone number to contact with any issues, but then they will tell you to contact the store you ordered from. You ask whoever answers there to update a tip or cancel because the driver just took off with your order and went to his own house, and you’re met with confusion (yea, me too!) and inability to fix. Then wait 5 days to hope you see the charge refunded. Overall, Masala Wok has 10 out of 10 for food, 2 out of 10 for delivery order app.Show lessOhMyGeezAllNicknamesAreChosen

I have used the Masala Wok app in the past and it worked just fine. This new version just locks up and shows three screens and will not go to the ordering page. Please fix it ASAP.Msephus
