They are collecting information and not onboarding
They are collecting personal and sensitive information and not allowing to onboard without telling any reason. (i know some people are onboarding) This seems suspicious that they are collecting all the information before then telling you we can’t onboard , but they don’t give you any information or any reason. They might be collecting information

Need to improve features
1. Exchange Rate Notification
2. If any fee increases then should email to the user about the fee.
It is not feeling good when I had to pay $30 fee without knowing the imposing the new fees for U.S wire transfer.
3. After withdrawal or any transaction there should be a detailed email regarding the transfer, transaction.
