The opening map shows incidents from over a month ago and “planned” construction from the previous summer. Not useful. Also, weather data available free from the National Weather Service and NOAA requires a subscription here.

The app will only open from the App Store but not from my phone and offers no way to update or fix

This is an excellent app. If you have any problems with the app, the developer offers immediate support. The CCTV cameras are a fantastic upgrade.
