Dear Hoyoverse, I request one Furina after that ridiculous time system you have implemented
joking but srsly at least give us 30 minutes cuz no one is going to be able to finish like half a quest within that time frame unless you decide to actually add a skip button for the dialogue because I DON’T WANT TO KEEP TAPPING JUST TO GET BY A CUTSCENE FASTER😭🙏

It’s good n all but like it’s better when you have really good WiFi cuz is you dont it will be laggy n also the time limit is 15 but Yk it’s good
Worth it
Although you have to pay for extra time after the 5 hours it costs way less then buying a whole pc
Grateful to play again
I quit Genshin around a year ago since I was getting bored, but the sense of nostalgia remained when I heard about the game here and there. I’m so grateful for the chance to check in and 15 minutes daily is more than enough for me. I just want to look at my characters - I don’t particularly care about the lengthy quests anymore. Thank you for this chance!

Something Needs to Change
Hello, hopefully this review and the many others like it reaches the ears of the higher ups at hoyoverse. Normally, I would start off by singing the praises of this game, but for right now, I’m going to cut straight to the point. Something needs to be done about the lack of skin diversity in this game.
We were told to wait for sumeru, and we did. It was bad then and it’s worse now. For me, it’s not even a problem of skin color, it’s a problem of taking culture. You all can so accurately represent cultures closer to your own (i.e yunjin) but you can’t represent a culture whose people are darker than your own. This is not only frustrating but extremely dehumanizing to your player base that is not white.
For many people, they will never have to struggle to find and play a character that looks like them. For me, and for many other people (and for that matter, kids) of color, we can’t. That hurts. It hurts a lot because we don’t feel seen or heard.
Please, I’m asking you to consider delaying Natlan and going over your character designs. There are some amazing, culturally accurate designs out there that I think would make for even better character designs. If anything, please just change the skin tones to be darker and fix the misspellings in some of the names.

Please I do have room for genshin but I love this app but please make it 5 or 6 hours a day 😭😭😭 I really love playing genshin you will also probably get a better review from a lot of people too!!! Also do you ever play games if you do then you know that 15 min feels like 15 sec 🥲 I am broke so I can’t pay genshin to play more 😔

Hoyo really is greedy
I came back to this game only because I found out there was a cloud version. But a 5hr free trial before they let you play ONLY 15 min per day unless you PAY money for more time?
The amount of money you need to pay to keep playing over the long run is NOT worth it, especially when there are no extra benefits.
The devs must be insane or really greedy(I bet the latter)

Not paying cloud coins for this game
This app is a good app for people who don’t have much available space because the other game needs more than 20 gb. But the thing is that if you want to play more, you have to pay to buy “cloud coins”, and this is not fair for people who cannot download the game, I hope you understand my issue because I’m not paying for a free game.

This app is great and all but I’m sorry…what is 15 minutes gonna do..? I cant even finish all my daily logins with that all I could finish was 3 of them??.. please make it longer like 4 hours or higher! ☹️
Need to switch to Cloud Gaming soon
People are forgetting this is practically a test for Cloud gaming so of course there will be limitations with time, but I would like more minutes than 15, perhaps 30 minutes daily or like people said, 5 hours daily.
The devs definitely need to transfer the game to Cloud as it helps people who have low storage (me with my 64gb) reduce from 12-7 free gb to 29 free gb as well experience HD graphics that players on PC have and smooth frame rates as going to 64 fps makes my device overheat. So I vouch for the implementation of Cloud gaming because many low storagers who love Genshin can comfortably play now.
