Amazing app- only 1 problem
Used this app while vacationing in Japan- it was incredibly helpful and made exploring so much easier. Only 1 problem- I didn't realize I would be charged a recurring $180; I thought I was using a free version. I didn't see that indicated anywhere- And now I cannot figure out what I'm paying for or how to cancel this RECURRING charge. I can't find a phone number to contact anyone or instructions on how to cancel my subscription.

You’d be better off planning itineraries picking names of places out of a hat. Absolute rubbish

Absolutely USELESS app. Dumb search functions. Save times and spaces on phone go directly to GOOGLE.COM/FLIGHTS or KAYAK or BOOKING.COM for better search options and results and possible rewards.
One stop travel app / personal assistant!
This app is awesome. It does literally everything you needed to do when planning a trip.
From giving you inspiration, advising on the best time to visit, showing you authentic content from the destination, providing accommodation and flight suggestions… it does everything!
Layla is super easy to talk to. She understands what you say, and even suggests prompts for you to ask her if you’re stuck. Overall this app saves me so much time when planning a trip!

Unreliable & can’t do multi destination routes
Random responses and cannot give multi destination routes. Also very slow and not sure if the value of this app. You are better of using Skyscanner than this.
Brilliant but a few tech hitches
Am absolutely amazing app, so much incredible information available, produces fantastic itineraries. Great videos, reels etc.
Only problem it says press the heart to save a chat to bucket list, then share with friends to collaborate. It is saving all my chats but not under bucket list so I am not able to share with anyone? Each time I press the heart it says the same things ‘as you roam around the app, simply tap the heart to add it to your bucket list the invite your fiends to make it a planing party’
There is no answer anywhere,I can find, to show me what I’m doing wrong?

Hey thanks soo much!! Sorry about the confusion you can save a certain destination, hotel or itinerary to a bucketlist and then when you go to that bucketlist you can share it with your friends. Is that what you were looking for?
Really helpful travel app!
Recently downloaded this because we could not decide what to do for the holidays and needed some inspiration.
Layla was so helpful by providing us various options and asking us all of the right questions to arrive at some really exciting travel opportunities.
This was almost like having Omakase Sushi with a Master Sushi chef; once you gave them some inputs and everything you got after was just perfect.
UX was really easy and straightforward.
Really enjoyed using the app and will definitely use it for trips to come, thanks Layla!
