So convenient

My treatment was quick and easy. Way more convenient than having to drive to a med spa, and I loved my results! I’m definitely going to book another treatment before my next event.

Seamless booking and amazing experience

The booking process on the app was incredibly easy and seamless. My provider arrived to my house, was kind, professional, and very informative throughout my Lip Filler and Botox treatment. The results are fantastic! Highly recommended

Chemical Peel

Mandy was on time, professional and fun! She is also extremely funny, and always goes above and beyond for all! With my busy schedule it was difficult getting in for treatments for while, and Persimmon has truly addressed this for me. Booking directly with Mandy and having the option to message her directly with questions makes the experience even better!

Amazing

I’ve been getting Botox for many years but was intrigued by the convenience of this service. I had appointments with Erika and Mandy so far. Had great communication, everything was clean and professional and I am thrilled with my results.

Bad Customer Service + CEO Stalking

I accidentally booked same day, canceled within minutes of booking, and they initially gave me a full refund. Then I get an email 10 minutes later letting me know they are reversing their refund and when I asked why they continued to change their story and eventually ghosted me. So…I gave them a 1 star review.

This is where the story starts.

Day after my review goes live the CEO personally emails me, accusing me of threatening his employees and mentioning people we both know. Then underneath my review he responds by listing personal information about me, I guess as an attempt to discredit my review? All I can say if you are a provider or potential client, stay away from this company. Wild

You booked a consult with one of our Providers occupying her valuable time. You accepted our booking policy which requires 48 hours cancellation or a fee is assessed. You then cancelled your appointment the day before thus incurring the fee. You were rude and threatening to our customer service team. When I sent you an email asking you why you would do all this (after all we are both tech business people have have Linkedin contacts in common), you cursed at me and threatened to post defamatory reviews of our company (which you have done so above). You sent multiple emails demanding an apology or further defamation would occur. You filed a bogus complaint with Apple and posted misleading reviews of our App on the App store, and on Yelp. Fortunately we have over 2,500 five star reviews of our service and so your fake negative reviews do little damage. https://persimmon.life/reviews Its just a pity that when one runs a business, one encounters individuals like yourself that have nothing better to do than harass, insult and threaten employees for no reason at all. You were aware of the booking policy when you occupied our Providers time. Your use of a fake name indicates that you never intended to use our service at all. I still don't understand what you are up to, but since you claim to be an 'SEO expert' I would assume that you are sleuthing our service to copy or imitate it.
