The robot is TRASH
the bot just spreads the trash around and doesn't actually pick it up it only picks up hair and gets stuck and goes back to its starting area instead of the kitchen there's no feature to set up a path for it to follow aswell
Can’t input WiFi password
Keyboard doesn’t open up when typing WiFi password is required. The app is useless without WiFi.
App doesn’t have option for “z” pattern
App doesn’t have option for z pattern. It defeats the vacuum’s cleaning purpose

Couldn’t get the app to work I try costumer service they’re located somewhere in Guatemala 🤷🏻♂️ the girl told me them she ask my router and some more personal info that I DIDNT PROVIDE,,,, I love the robot but the app hmmmm ,,, something it’s not righ bout it .🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Just bought two of these vaccums. Haven’t been able to set up a device. The homepage doesn’t work at all. Very frustrating. Y’all need to fix this app.

Nothing wrong with app bad reviews for nothing very simple to use if you have paper that came with vaccum as well

I don’t understand the bad reviews… it works perfectly fine. Absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever. I like that it shows you how much it has charged. Maybe people can’t figure it out? Didn’t have a single issue.

App menos que básica, lo único bueno de la app es que podes programarle horas para que el robo vacum empieze a limpiar…no tiene la función de limpiar en zigzag, de ahí nada diferente que no se pueda hacer con el control remoto que viene con el robo vacum , que tampoco trae la función zigzag, por gusto la app. El robo vacum aceptable en su funcionamiento, nada espectacular. Básico, básico pero bastante funcional.
