App is glitchy
I enjoy the app but very often the comments section will suddenly collapse and only display the first several (oldest) comments. No way to see latest comments or bids. Have to exit the app, re-open it and search for the desired vehicle again. Need to fix this.

Very glitchy. Often have to reload and refresh manually. I actually lost an auction because of an error in the app. I recommend bidding using the desktop site. Also, no iPad version (at least at this time).

Tried for a couple weeks, often freezes on load, screen area on iPad is wasted compared to web version.
App Not Ready for Primetime
I love the idea of having an app to browse/follow/bid on BaT auctions. However, the app as of September 2023 is not yet usable. Very glitchy. Pages take forever to load, if they load at all. App seems to freeze all the time. I’m sure with time all of these issues will be worked out, but right now the app is there yet if it wants to compete with the website.

Great experience, liking it a lot so far
Need larger viewing space on listing
When viewing an individual listing, half the screen space is taken for a black box showing the price and the bid, comment buttons. This needs to be reduced to about one quarter or less of the screen KSKeithso more of the listing can be viewed.
Best way to browse!
Great functionality in the app, easy to browse live auctions and results. Smooth interface, love the features!
Pretty good product for first version app
My most negative thing to say about this app is that it’s going to drive up the price of cars! That’s great for sellers not so good for buyers.
Those who are somewhat tech savvy will have this app, allowing more people to be notified when auctions are ending and drives up the price.
I’m sure it’s a selling point for bat to potential vehicle sellers.
One thing I would like to see added, is being able to sort cars by distance of where they are being sold from. I might just want to go get a car that’s within 200 miles of me or less but you can’t sort that way.

No near me search
The app does not have search near me like the web page. I only want to bid on vehicles I’ve had a chance to see, so for now it’s back to the web page. Otherwise it’s very handy for a quick look at an auction.
