casually using
i decided to give this app a try. i was accepted and in the beginning seemed okay because i actually had some matches within the first week. but now i’ve been on it for a month and no more matches.
also, i get some notifications that my account is “popular today” but i’m not shown who is liking my account (like usually they may show you someone who commented on your profile in your swipe area) or maybe it’s false advertisement so i’ll go on the app.
dating pool seem like normal people that you would get from other dating apps tbh.
kinda sad bc i wanted to like this app. the IRL events seem fun but i don’t live in NY.

disappointing
I know they’re newer but there’s so many things that don’t make sense. We had to “apply” before launch. Everyone got “waitlisted” to promote some false sense of exclusivity but it was more confusing & annoying if anything.
After “being accepted,” there seems to have been no actual effort or vetting that went into the “applications.” People are pretty average & similar to other dating apps. They only show you like 6-7 people at a time. I understand the sentiment behind dating apps doing this, but this is usually accompanied by a well-trained algorithm that shows you fewer but more compatible people. I understand an algorithm needs time to be trained but they should adjust other settings so that this can actually happen in the mean time. Hopefully it gets better but for now, Jade Club is wildly disappointing and fails to meet the expectations set by their marketing.

Endless waitlist for verified profiles
I have completed my signup process long before they launched, but had to wait forever
Even though i got into it after hectic process, it does not worth the wait compared to the other platforms: events are redundant with other race dating app, buggy ux
Also suspicious how they handle my data

Still waitlisted after it officially launched
Waitlisted?!
Best dating app
Amazing community to meet like minded people. Much better than all the other dating apps
Like Button is not clear
Under the members section there’s a clear X button but not a heart.. is this a bug?
Hottest people
WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE Asian community has desperately needed this for a while ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Finally an app for Asian ppl
Attending my first event next week!
I’ve tried a bunch of dating apps, this ones my favorite
Great dating app if you’re single and Asian in nyc
Takes way too long to review applications
Wish there was option to edit the apple after submitting instead of letting it stay stuck until you delete the app. Poor user journey
