Hi, Sorry to hear about your experience. We offer a coffee shop and bar everyday to claim a daily reward. We have only had one instance of a bar having to close due to extreme weather and their proximity to the waterfront. We have 1000s of happy members enjoying our experiences each day, we are sorry you had the unfortunate experience.
