Do not use, provided false medical insurance information
I really wanted to use this service so paid $100 for 4 months but they were completely useless, wasted hours of our time on simple issues and worst part they provided false information that we have to pay for coverage even though a simple google search would show that this is actually not true! Do not trust them as it just looks like robot replies from some outsourced agents. They created more problems to solve now!

Incredible app!
I recommend seeing if they can save you any money. I had some trouble understanding my denied claims and they were able to help a lot. Just FYI, you need to have your health insurance account username and password ready during sign up so they can connect and see your claims.
Worth Every Penny
This app has saved me thousands of dollars in the first 3 months of using it. I highly recommend it and you won’t be sorry to have them as a second set of eyes on your claims and advocating to make sure you get every penny you deserve from your health insurance.

Every year when reenrollment comes around I always stress about making the right decision - insurance websites and plan documents are confusing and its impossible to make smart decisions about my healthcare spend. Huge help!!
After hours and hours of arguing with my insurance company I finally turned to Sheer Health. Wish I had done so sooner!! They immediately filed an appeal for me using language I would have never known to use. I just got my reimbursement and am SO relieved. I know I never would have been able to have this outcome on my own even though it’s what I am entitled to. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
