Our interactive platform helps aspiring handball players improve their knowledge and build skills alongside the game of handball. A steadily growing collection of micro trainings covers areas such as Media, Mental Fitness, Dual Career, Sports Law, or Anti-Doping. Tailored to the needs of young athletes, our compact training sessions were co-created by current and former stars of the game, together with international disciplinary experts.
