It’s a good game, but I don’t know if the only a problem on my phone to where every day it restarts I have to start all the way from the beginning

Not able to play the game

Hi, I don’t know I sent the email through need support in the game as feedback. And I guess they are working, which I really appreciate but when I one the game it just says payment processing please don’t close the game I let it open for more then 12 hrs but it’s still the same and I find it very annoying. I don’t know what’s going on

What the heck??

I’ve been playing the game for a while and now I keep getting a screen that says payment is processing? I can’t even play a full round and it’s getting kind of annoying. I have spent a few bucks on here and would hate for it to have been a waste because I’ll have to delete the game if this keeps persisting

I like this game but it steals my money

I’ve purchased a package for $30 and didn’t get my items but the app still took my money. I emailed their support team but no answers. Than I decided to purchase the piggy bank of diamonds for 0.99 and never got my diamonds. So yes this app is stealing my money.

Very difficult to cancel

My daughter somehow purchased a subscription and now I can’t see how to unsubscribe, only how to renew. Very frustrating

Taking my money without giving me what I’m buying

I want to love this game. Honestly, I’m sick of puzzle games but I’ll play them if I get to dress someone up and send he don dates. I’ve paid for the weekly bio pass and bought several other things. After purchase of everything other than the vip pass it would just load and load and load. There are 5 different purchases totaling about $25-$30 where I’m not getting the product. I paid for the gold pass didn’t get it, paid for gems, didn’t get them, bought the stupid preppy outfit for the boyfriend never got it. I didn’t even realize I was being charged until I looked at my apple history. I’ve written them several times, restored purchases (it just loads forever and ever) updated, and deleted and reinstalled. Nothing fixes it.

All of my stuff is gone and I’m back at the beginning!

I’m on lvl 18 and I was enjoying the game but i turned off the game and when I came back all of my progress was lost except for my levels. I spent money and I don’t have any of my stuff. Please fix this please.

In-app purchases

I’ve been trying to get my purchase in-game and it just keep loading. The payment went through and I can’t access anything once it hit the loading screen. Help.

Payment method

I paid for the 15.99 promotional package and they took it out of my account but did not give me the package. When I click on it it just says loading
