Since May I have lost 20 pounds, inches on my waist, hips, thighs and arms. Celi has coached not only trained me in the gym but also in my diet and self discipline. The app makes it easier to work out at the gym as well and is user friendly. It also keeps track of your progress which is great. Celi has also taught me what it’s like to lead a healthy life style & how to do so. I couldn’t have had this transformation without her and I’ve tried. This isn’t just a job to her this is her passion & she invests herself in her “clients”. I’ve not only gained a great trainer but also a very close friend.
