App would be helpful if the staff was actually using it
After multiple emails promoting the app I downloaded it before heading to the clinic Arrived and checked in using the app waited 45 minutes with no response; went inside only to be told “oh we aren’t using the app for check ins” and then there was no space available that afternoon, so it was a total waste of time. Features not in use should be disabled in the app.
