Thank you for your feedback NY Denizen, We would have a lot to answer you, however we can confirm that there is indeed a pause button, it is the same as the play button. Just tap the button to play, tap again to pause. We do not indicate on each screen all the details of how to exit a screen for example because we believe that this is something that every iOS user masters. The user tests that we carry out as well as our current users have not mentioned these cases to us as problematic, however we take them into account and we will work to improve these points. We have support and we respond within 24 hours, very often in less than 4 hours. Do not hesitate to contact us by email, in particular via the button in the Settings menu

Hi Russ1409, We sincerely regret your bad experience. A 60-second transcript takes no more than a few seconds to generate. If you encounter any problems, do not hesitate to contact us by email. The application is free to install and contains many free features. Transcription costs only a few cents for 10 minutes of recording and allows you to form an opinion of the quality of our services. So far our users are very satisfied and we will continue to offer the best.
