It’s a scam and took money from my account saying free trial

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We want to make it clear that we do not process payments for our subscription; all transactions are managed by Apple. Our subscription includes a one-time free trial for each user at no cost. If you’ve been charged after unsubscribing before 3 days, it might be because you’ve already used the trial with this Apple ID, there’s an outstanding charge from before, or it could be related to a charge from another app. Please contact our support team at support@newideastech.online.
