Terrible Driver
The night before an early flight we (a passenger and her daughter from another cancelled flight) asked the hotel to arrange a ride to the airport. They called someone (not through an app) to drive us, agreeing to split our fare for $20 total. $10 for each adult.
The next morning the driver told us that Rove was charging $30 upon arrival at the airport. No mention of this before picking us up. Additional $5 because it was early morning and $5 because we were splitting the fare. When we protested he threatened to drop us off back at the hotel, making us late for our flight.
I took the ladies half, told the driver that it’s one fare now, and paid $25 cash. He grumbled and took the money.
I had a good experience with this app before, but now I’ll never use it again.

We used this app during our stay in Guam. Best decision ever!
The rides were reasonable priced, much better than any other transportation service, the driver was on time, great service, we even got a small “tour” on our way to the port.
