    Only 3 options exist and mine did not fit in any of them.

    It’s extremely basic and doesn’t provide any contact information for building staff. It would also be prudent to have a copy of each persons lease in their account for easy access and review too.

    I like this app, it is very efficient and convenient and I find it is a way better option.

    Finally no paper forms! I would however like to see a confirmation number assigned to a repair request rather than a generic email. Adding a history on previous tickets would be useful as well.

    Requires more details (specify what services (e.g. storage, parking) are in being billed for. Would be helpful to keep list of maintenance requests submitted including date and nature of request so we can track how long it takes to get items fixed. No option on app to set up or modify password. Only contact via email is for leasing agreements - would help if we could email property managers (not all tenants use phones).
