Improve your decision making at work or at home. With Decision Table you can build complex decisions in a transparent and clear format that stimulates discussion and reduces biases. Define a limited number of discrete decision outcomes (scenarios), and the criteria (factors) by which you will judge each of these scenarios. Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative criteria to capture how your values and metrics map to the decision options, and optionally highlight the recommended decision. Decision Table is a great tool for individuals and teams to capture in one place the range of options and influences discussed around important decisions and an easy way to bring that decision to the decision taker(s), if different.
