Servers are horrible and controls never work.

App always down
The thermostat servers are constantly down and thus app does not work leaving us without the ability to control our HVAC units.
Useless app
No instructions on how to register an account, and all controls are locked behind a user/password. I hoped the app would be easier to program the thermostat than the unit itself but both are fantastically unintuitive. Would rate 0/5 if possible.
