Squashed some bugs related to calendar sync and appointment package details

Quite a few updates to how the class list and class detail pages look and work. We’ve added some important info like coach name to the class list. Class locations are also now clickable if you have a virtual link or map pin. If you have linked accounts, you’ll be able to reserve and check-in from the class detail page now too.

The calendar page provides access to reservations, classes, workouts, appointments, and events depending on what your gym uses.
