  • So bad….

    Seems to be a theme in reviews. Was able to register a payment card in the app but upon receiving the bands at the park it wouldn’t link them to the app. Customer services said “sometimes works sometimes doesn’t” which says to me the app needs to be improved.
    We therefore had to take a credit card around to pay for things rendering the wrist bands useless.

    Hi Furiebdownrjdke, the bands can be linked through the QR code on the back or by manually entering the number.   • Can’t register

    Says blocked by security restrictions!

    Hi blueghostuk, Please join the Atlantis Wifi when trying to connect. We are looking at location restrictions to further enhance security and as such if your phone is set up under other countries or sim card it may be blocked.
  • Can’t register!!

    I have the latest version of this app installed, but when I try to register it says ‘blocked by security’.

    I want to be able to use this app when I visit Aquaventure but can’t!!

  • Pretty useless App

    Having tried repeatedly to add my tickets and/or my credit card, have been told by staff that the App has had multiple issues.

    Can’t now book the second ‘free’ day and having to pay again, which makes me feel this is a ripoff.

    Note other App reviewers are having the same issue, which the owner states that an updated version needs to be uploaded. Trust me, this does not work!.

    This is a worthless App and isn’t supported.

The app is an addition to the day at Aquaventure and would in no way stop you from the second day or any day but just enhance your experience. Your issue with the 2nd day ticket is a ticketing issue and not app related. Please contact us so we can try and resolve this. Thank you.
