While working with title industry leaders on Sphere, we continually heard the same request - "We would love something like this. There is not CRM for us. Can you please build one."
We worked with veteran title reps and industry leaders from numerous different organization access the US to try to build something specifically focused on the most important aspects of managing and growing a title business.
TitleSphere is still a work in progress. We would love your feedback on what should be tweaked and added. But we hear it's already a big step up from the alternative (which to be fair is not an incredibly high bar :).
The core functionality of TitleSphere:
Dashboard. TitleSphere helps you track and manage the most important aspects of your title business. Key metrics on business development and growth are the first thing you see every morning. It gets rid of the post-it notes, whiteboards and spreadsheets and tracks of everything in one place - every aspect of all transactions, To Do lists, contacts, deadlines, calendar, doc archive, and much more. It is easily accessible to anyone with a Title Sphere account from any device (laptop, phone, tablet).
Business Plan. In just a couple of minutes, Title Sphere creates an annual business plan tailored to your business. It then generates a daily dashboard and monthly reports to keep you up to date on your progress. To help hit sales targets it creates a daily lead generation contact list and makes it easy to see whether you are hitting your referral goals.
Gmail & Outlook. Title Sphere syncs with Google and Outlook calendars so every date and deadline from open houses to house anniversaries are always with you. It also syncs and organizes Gmail and Outlook emails so you always have a searchable list of all conversations with each client.
Coaching. Title Sphere highlights important action steps each day for sales growth. It provides monthly ideas for ways to engage your title sphere. It creates birthday and workiversary notifications, as well as detailed monthly and annual business reports with metrics on progress toward goals, opportunities for growth, and best practice tips.
Teams. Title Sphere recently rolled out functionality for teams. Different roles have different privileges and access to different data and functionality. Team leaders have access to a dashboard with performance metrics on each team member as well as the team as a whole. Organization is even more important for teams and a collaborative platform is essential.
Handwritten Cards. With a few clicks you can send handwritten cards that can include a gift card to 1 or 1000 contacts.
Email & SMS Marketing. Title Sphere makes it easy to send an SMS or email blast or newsletters to clients (similar to MailChimp).
Meeting Request Integration. TitleSphere Connect allows clients to easily find an available spot on your calendar (similar to Calendly).
TitleSphere is available with a free trial, and can also be purchased for 1 month or yearly. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the period, for the same price. You can turn off the auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period in your Account Settings. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the app features will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the current payment period.
Subscriptions option is kept in account page which can be accessed by clicking on the side menu in the dashboard and by clicking on profile picture.
On Sign up, one has to choose between monthly/yearly subscription plans. Subscribed users can access all the features in the app.
Users having active subscription on our website also gets access to all the app features.
