Well, (a) I don’t have time to wait, and (b) I don’t trust them. Why wouldn’t they get it right the first time? How do I know they got it right this time?
I asked for a refund and they ghosted me. Save your money, this is not a trustworthy source of correct answers. You won’t be able to learn from wrong answers.

Hi, we've responded 3 times to your email offering a refund. We're more than happy to refund you if you are unhappy with the app. Once again, please just reach out to us at support@eztestprep.com. Second, our editors and content experts put a lot of time, effort, and thought into our questions. We simply have over 2000 questions we update constantly, so a typo get's made occasionally and we fix them as soon as they are found. Any feedback on explanations we are happy to incorporate so the answer choices are better understood. But we stand by that questions with similar answer choices are good questions as they promote critical thinking instead of route memorization. We know it can seem expensive, and we try to keep the costs as low as we can, but it is expensive to trap all of those Social Worker Educators and make them write questions for us ❤️. We are working on adding vignettes but mobile apps are a hard medium for them as they are so long and complex. Be advised, you only have 7 days before you have to pay to use at all.
I miss understood this to mean not all parts of the app were included for free. I was wrong. After seven days the app is not at all useable in my experience. All icons lead to a screen to purchase.
I am a year away from testing and want to study in an effective manner without breaking the bank. After all social workers do not make that much. This app is not financially practical for me at this time. If you are an advance planner like me, you may want to look into something else. Paperweights are not useful in the form of an app icon.
