Nothing works

App has issues, and has very little customer support cant even find a number, the help tab says coming soon. has taken months to finally get set up for our store, the desktop platform works fine for the most part but nothing from the app communicates to the desktop like inventory which is the main reason for this application. Also in the app the inventory and pricing are 2 separate categories instead of being just 1 section which is inconvenient for adding new products given that this feature even worked….also would be nice to view what inventory is low and be able to search inventory by name instead of having to scan a barcode every-time to see inventory or change a price. I believe there a ton of potential, but the dev team needs to get on some of these fixes.

Horrible service-non functioning app

I have had the absolute worst time working with the verifone back office team. I am promised things with no follow through. They do not fix issues in a timely matter or seem to care if things are functioning as when I communicate concerns they aren’t taken care of. I’ve been trying to have someone figure out with this app is not functioning or communicating with my vbos back office and I’ve been told a ticket has been created by a couple different people with zero follow up. I’m so fed up with this company and their lack of communication. I am about ready to completely switch our store away from verifone all together. If I could rate zero stars I would.
