Can't even login. Always something went wrong.
Needs a better model
The app is very great and the most accurate app I’ve used, the only think I wish is we had a more human looking model with human hands because when exporting it onto another model the hands take the shape of the robot. And they don’t animate. Better hand tracking would make this the perfect app!
Subscription problem, no help
I had a problem where I purchased a subscription but the app still thought I was on the free plan. I tried to get help but nothing was done so a complete waste of £34.99.
Can’t even login
I get as far as the Eula and when I press accept it keeps saying something went wrong. I’ve even tried reinstalling and I can login fine from the multi cam app

This app is incredible. Does exactly what it says and it does it well.
You get 30 seconds free to try it out and its worth it. Buying more credits is quick and easy, I got the £15 option and it gives you 180 more seconds to use immediately.
The interface is clean, simple and responsive.
Using the front camera you are able to see that you’re still in frame.
It only takes minutes to process the video and the export options are great, fbx and blend files are the first options. The files themselves are a little messy when you open them but still very well done.
It doesn’t track fingers and is a bit clunky with the head (no facial) but the source video is also downloadable.
Being able to upload your own video would be a good future addition because I do have to do several takes before I’m ready to process it. But other than that it’s stellar.
Way cheaper and so much easier than alternatives out there and all you need is a tripod.
Well done to the people who work on this you’re doing great stuff.

Move AI is FANTASTIC: Here’s Why
I had been looking for a mocap tool for almost two years. Mocap suits are expensive and a lot of the tools out there that would capture motion were very glitchy and not accurate. Especially when it comes to recording the hands and feet…
But the first time I used Move, I was blown away, truly. The data it captured was ACCURATE, it even captured the data on my fingers which I was not expecting it to do.
It is now my only choice for mocap recording, I would not use any other service.
I would highlight suggest Move AI to anybody who needs mocap recording done!

Stole money
Worked well initially but I bought a subscription when it told me I had no more free process credits and now that I’ve paid it again refuses to process, telling me I need a subscription. I hit the button that reads “I’ve already subscribed” but the prompt refused to disappear and the app refuses to process my requests. Where’s my twenty bucks? It was charged to my account.

Easy and amazing
What an app, exactly what I’ve been waiting for and it’s final arrived. Animation has always been tricky and this app revolutionises it, making it easier than ever to bring my characters to life. Would highly recommend to any creators

Easy to use motion capture
Move One makes it really easy to do motion capture with my phone. I’ve been using it to capture sports and it works great.
