Long time user. It’s awesome 👏
I’ve been on this app for around 8 months and it’s been awesome seeing all the gossip around the building. Love seeing what other people in the building are saying!
Bringing the building together
Since I started using Nextfloor, it's felt like having a virtual hangout spot where anyone can bring up issues or topics, and I love that.
In a weird way it’s got me hooked on wanting to meet others in the building. Even though I don’t know who is writing what, I’m always curious if I’m walking by someone in the hall that made the last post. Now I want to say hi and get to know the folks living next door. The app makes it easy to sell stuff or to organize meetups or even just strike up a conversation online, breaking down those awkward barriers.
Though it is a new app and has some bugs, Nextfloor helps us look out for each other. Whether it's keeping an eye out for weird parking jobs, or someone selling a piano, this app has been a great way to keep up to date with what’s going on in my building.
I find myself looking at the app nearly everyday to see what’s up. I'm giving it five stars because it has helped me keep up to date with what’s REALLY going on in my building on a day-to-day basis.

Parking Peacekeeper App
So I hate bad parking. But fear not, because Nextfloor has come to the rescue, turning me from a frustrated grumbler to a parking vigilante (in the best way possible).
Complaining about bad park jobs is maybe one of my favorite things to do in the app nowadays. No more passive-aggressive notes or awkward confrontations; just snap a quick pic of the offending vehicle, add a polite comment (or not so polite, depending on how bad it is), and hit send. It's like having a parking enforcement hotline right in your pocket.
I've seen a noticeable improvement in parking behavior. Maybe it's the fear of public shaming or just good old-fashioned accountability, but whatever it is, it's working like a charm.
And it's not just about complaining; When others chime in, it’s hilarious. By calling out bad park jobs, we're not only making life easier for everyone in the building, but we're also sending a message that we care about our shared space.

Actual building communication
Nextfloor is a game-changer for our building’s connectivity, offering a platform for residents to communicate effectively. The app makes it easy for users to sell, share updates, and organize events within the community.
I love that it gives us the option to communicate any issues whenever something is going wrong within our building. Since we are able to complain anonymously it gives a sense of security and unity among residents, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard.
Additionally, NextFfoor's commitment to privacy and security instills confidence in users, making it a trustworthy platform for sharing sensitive information. With responsive customer support and regular updates to enhance functionality, NextFloor sets the standard for neighborhood community apps.
Overall, Nextfloor has been great for building community bonds and laughs within our building. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to connect to their neighbors or voicing their concerns.

Awesome app
Alright, so Nextfloor is like your neighborhood's best buddy. This app makes chatting with your neighbors a breeze. The best part is that you can air out your concerns about your building anonymously. Got a safety issue or need to share some updates? Just drop it in the app, and your neighbors are now in the know.
What I love most is how chill it is to use and how it is clearly built for the tenants and not the building. Also, being able to chat and make comments without your name gives confidence that you can say what you want without worrying about it.
They’ve made updates recently and now it looks like they’ll help you break your lease, really cool.
Bottom line: Nextfloor is great for keeping your neighborhood in the know and honest. Def recommend.

Infinite emails
It doesn’t matter how many times you change your settings to not send you emails….nor how many times you click unsubscribe in the emails and get a confirmation that “we will not send you any more post notifications”
….youll still get them for EACH AND EVERY POST. And there’s no support section in the app. At all. No “contact us” or anything.

Big fan
This is the best part of our apartment!
Great way to stay in the know
Big fan of Nextfloor. It’s a great way to stay up to date on what’s going on in my apartment
App doesn’t work
After verifying your a human, it goes to a screen that says loading posts.
Nothing ever loads. If you try to move around in the app, it locks up and goes back to verify your a human at he beginning 🥴🤷🏻♂️
