Easily the worst casino app I’ve ever played, will play through and lose $500 only to get $100 win after losing $500 multiple times, better off using casino apps that are actually worth something net worth wise and has money to payout unlike this poor app that will deplete you of all your money over and over again every time you deposit. Save your time and money.

Fraud
This site glitches constantly. It takes days to get a withdrawal. I can prove via video screen share how this site intentionally will glitch your big win moments send you to a blank screen and act like you didn’t win big. Seriously never wrote a review before, stay away from this site / company they want to rip you off. Stay off the slots it’s a scam

Account access
I’ve tried to contact them multiple times after I made my first deposit I set my phone down for a second came back to be signed out. I tried to sign back in but got denied saying I needed to change my state. I did so and it proceeded to say the same thing. I have over 100$ just sitting in a brand new account with no access to it

wish it actually worked out for me
I’ve had this app for months playing it and literally have had no luck like I’ve read reviews of others having. Other casino games I’ve had such great luck but not this one. Even the wheel one I’ve had absolutely ZERO luck every single day I’ve spun it which is crazy. Mind you the promotions I’ve received in my email I’ve missed because it took them three days to update my phone number when I was told it’d be immediate. I also don’t think that’s fair because I missed out on those. I have 4-5 other casino apps and I’ve never experienced such terrible luck before or no luck for that matter. I was really hoping from other reviews that this one would work out but nope. I hope others have a better experience/luck!

THEY PAY OUT
I won the first time $3000 and they requested for documentation that is their job to do. They need to know that the card that I use belongs to me and I’m the account owner so I provided all my information and they paid me my $3000 with no problems. Also I just won $$20,500 that was a big hit. My request was approved. I’m currently waiting to get paid and I know I’m gonna get paid because it was already approved so whoever has something to say about this casino maybe because you didn’t have the documents to upload, but this is a great casino and it’s my number one casino right now. Customer service is great if you wanna get a hold of someone you have to reach out from 12 PM till 6 PM. You can keep calling on the phone and they definitely will answer, also you can reach out via chat

Think twice
At first, I was excited to use this app. I like the variety of different slot games they had available after depositing around $67-$70. My winnings came to $50. I’d realize that the payout wasn’t as large on Jackpot City as it has been for me on other casino apps once I started to go through the withdraw process to withdraw my $50 I was hit with a verification process which I was confused by seeing as to how I didn’t have to verify anything to deposit money into the casino now to get the winnings they want me to verify a bunch of things. secondly, they’re asking me to upload documents to an unsecured website, that’s not even working. I really feel like this is just a scam and it’s almost impossible to get an answer right away. I’ve been waiting a day or two to even get a response from the helpdesk first I was told it takes 24 hours to receive my withdrawal, then I was told 48 hours after I didn’t receive it the first time now they’re asking for a verification information be uploaded to an unsecured website that doesn’t even work. Obviously, I’ll be going through the process to get my money back, but once I do, this app will be deleted right away. Hopefully others find themselves luckier than me.

It’s trash don’t waste your money, promotions are terrible bonus match has a 45x playthrough so if you deposit 50 and get the deposit match of 50% that’s $75 played 45x before you could withdraw the odds a non existent customer support is only so many hours a day only on weekdays so many other online casinos better then this one don’t waste your time or money
